In a short period of time Beerens Group was able to furnish two new branches for Hillewaere Vastgoed in Belgium. The branches in Hoogstraten and Mol both feature a beautiful interior. Hillewaere calls both branches 'real estate shops', where the emphasis is on the experience. The desire for these office interiors is personal contact between the estate agent and the client.

The unique combination of colours and materials, such as the black steel doors, create a calm and open atmosphere. To emphasise the space, a unique format of floor tiles of 1200 x 1200 mm was chosen.
