Making our vehicle fleet more sustainable

Sustainable from the ground up
Steel and timber form the foundation of our scalable interiors. For responsible material selection, we work with trusted suppliers.
Steel is extremely durable and 100% recyclable through melting. Where possible, we select FSC-certified timber. We avoid harmful chemicals and toxic substances in all materials we use.

Long product lifespan
We design products to last as long as possible. Our interiors are built to resist wear and tear.
For example, we bond the edging strips of wooden interior components with fully waterproof adhesive. This extends their lifespan and prevents damage from water, for instance.

Minimising waste
Efficiency in our production process reduces waste. Smart software helps us optimise material usage: for example, the software calculates and minimises sawing losses.
We also choose suppliers who actively work to reduce packaging waste.

Waste separation and recycling
Preventing waste entirely is difficult. That’s why we ensure any waste that is produced gets recycled as effectively as possible.
We separate residual materials by type and reuse them wherever possible in our next interiors (or their raw materials).
How we take social responsibility
Just as important as the environment: the people we work with. Here’s how we create a positive working environment:
- Healthy working conditions and fair wages (in accordance with the CBM collective agreement)
- Monitoring employee workload
- Guidance on healthy working postures and physical strain
- Professional inspections of tools, machinery and work environments
- We offer opportunities within our company to people distanced from the labour market
- We’re an accredited training company with apprenticeships for young people and career changers

Efficient transport
We transport our finished interiors flat-packed wherever possible, allowing more furniture per load. This eliminates unnecessary lorry journeys.

Sustainable business partnerships
We’re selective about who we work with. For example, we choose suppliers who use energy-efficient production methods and renewable energy sources such as wind, hydro and solar power.
We also verify that our suppliers and partners comply with international sustainability standards and certifications.
