Provision to third parties

We may provide the information you give us to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes described above. For example, we use a third party for:

• Taking care of the internet environment of the AVG programme;
• Taking care of the (financial) administration;
• Providing newsletters, invitations and personal correspondence.

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. • All persons who have access to your details on behalf of Beerens are obliged to observe secrecy.
• We have a username and password policy on all our systems;
• We pseudonymise and encrypt personal data when appropriate;
• We make back-up copies of the personal data in order to be able to restore them in case of physical or technical incidents;
• We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
• Our employees are informed about the importance of protecting personal data.

Rights regarding your data

You have the right to inspect, correct or delete personal data that we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or one of our processors. You also have the right to have the data you have provided us with transferred to yourself or on your behalf directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with the aforementioned requests. Should we process your personal data on the basis of permission granted by you, you always have the right to withdraw this permission.
