Work Planner – Draughtsman

Are you skilled at creating technical drawings? And do you have an affinity for interior design? Do you see the preparation of work plans for various beautiful interior design projects as a challenge? Then we are looking for you. We are seeking a work planner/draftsman to join our team.

About Beerens Group

Beerens Group is a company with several branches, including Beerens and Hamers Totaal. It employs 80 people who are committed to creating the most beautiful interior design projects, both unique and scalable, for clients in the Netherlands and Europe, with a special focus on the Benelux. Our speciality? Developing scalable interior concepts for various sectors, such as retail and B2B. This includes the design of shops, shopping centres, offices, dental practices, petrol stations and catering establishments.

We have long-term partnerships with well-known brands such as Kruidvat, Trekpleister, ICI Paris, Zeeman, Karwei, Wereldhave and Rituals.

What does the position entail?

As a Work Planner-Draughtsman, you are responsible for translating customer requirements into functional drawings and specifications. You visualise and construct interior and furniture concepts using advanced drawing programmes and provide detailed working drawings and parts lists to guide the machine operators.

In addition, you will prepare calculations and monitor the order process. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that production preparation runs smoothly. You will also ensure that all necessary information, such as work descriptions and technical drawings, is complete and available on time.

What do we expect from you?

  • Vocational education and training (VET) level of working and thinking.
  • Several years of work experience, preferably in interior construction.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Experience with Proteus/IMOS is an advantage.
  • Strong personality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • You are good at working with others.
  • You are accurate and work efficiently.
